Yoga & Pilates? Anyone interested

For those of you who would like to sign up for yoga & pilates class, you can join me at Energise Body workout located at Desa Indah shophouses block twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday. The class begins at 6.30pm and finish at 7.30pm. There will be no charge for 1st trial. 8 classes for RM40? Drop in member is charged at RM8, while non-member drop in fee is RM10.00. I don’t mean to scare you ladies about yoga, it is quite difficult for first timer because your body is not flexible yet. Some of the pose are quite challenging and really difficult. However I enjoyed this class, it made me so relax with the music. Ok. yoga makes healthier, strong and hopefully slim. hahahhaaa.

Launching of Armada Tuah 84 on Sunday,18th April 2010

It was a beautiful Sunday morning, the sky was clear blue ..Armada Tuah 84 was successfully launched by BAN representative around 11.27am. It was a smooth launching. Credit should be given to everyone involved in the launching, especially the workers for their effort and their hardwork.
I too enjoyed being there to witness the launching. At the same time, me and my colleague, busy taking pictures for remembrance. Though we have to work on Sunday, but it was worth it, we really had fun.
In the evening, we had dinner among our NCD management and staff at Meng Chai Seafood to celebrate the successful launching of NC547 ( Armada Tuah 84).

For the past few days, I had been quite busy preparing for the launching of Armada Tuah 84 this coming Sunday,18/4/10@ 11.00am. I am quite nervous actually because this will be my first time involve in the launching, previously it was handled by my colleague, Harnee Bong. So she briefed me what to do, who will be coming? VIP guest, what to expect and so on....
Anyway, hope everything run smoothly..the only thing I regret, why the launching takes place on Sunday morning? I am suppose to relax and unwind on a Sunday morning? Well, work is work??? What can I say? Well, we will see what will happen on Sunday morning, so watch out for more update.

Finally we made it.....

Last Saturday,11/4@2pm,as planned earlier this week, I met my ever-gorgeous friend,IEG@aka Nancy E at Bintang Mall Ground lobby area. As usual, she always dressed in her best, with her 'freshly hong' hairdo. Without wasting our precious time, we headed straight to Sushi-King for our lunch and goshhh, the place was packed with people from all walks of life. Good thing, we managed to find place to sit. I was really hungry that I can't wait to order the lunch set. In fact I didn't take my breakfast that morning, because all reserved for lunch. We were very fortunate to have a friendly waitress who came to our rescue, as we can't think of what to order, we were spoilt with choices. So she suggested Salmon Steak Set and SK Gozen, and I said, yummy! Worth RM21.90 per set...?

As we savoured our food, we talked and talked over so many things, "Ladies-Talk" In fact we could end up spending the whole afternoon talking,and surprisingly, we never ran out of ideas. I really enjoyed her company. She was fun to be with and is always be.

After we finished our meal, we decided to move to our next stop, Parkson Grand. We went from one department to the other with the hope we can find something nice to buy. IEG finally bought herself a nice silver dress for this upcoming dinner on Saturday,17/4/10 but not at Parkson Grand, it was in one of the boutique nearby. Funny thing, she didn't try the dress in the fitting room eventhough the Sales Assistant insisted. She said, 'definitely can fit in'. Don't forget, this was not her first time shopping spree....out of count???.I must say..hehhehe....

I wish I can upload clear pictures, but this is the best I could, so gals/guys, please bear with me...hopefully next time around will give better shot and clearer pics in my next blog..

Sushi King?

Ari 6 tu aku bisi lunchdate enggau kaban aku,I.E.G ba Sushi King, Bintang Mall. Infact she was the one to suggest the place laban mayoh perkara ka dirandau kami duai, biasa lah enti lama enda betemu, macam macam topik di kerandau. All the while, ber sms or call aja..I can't remember when was the last time we two makai sama? If I am not mistaken, ba Cahaya Taufik at DPS Senadin laban ka nguji ke lalapan dia. Bala kami sebuat ( my colleagues) selalu amat makai kia maya tengahari. Don't mind nganti lama, janji ulih makai lelapan? kumbai tak nyamai endar, enda ga nyamai amat? Ba iya, selera siko siko enda sebaka. To me, I just love it...
